As many of you have heard, the new Dr. Phil-produced series called "The Doctors" is planning a show about midwifery and home birth.
They have been fishing for negative home birth stories on the internet. We have declined to participate in this show.
Below is the email address for one of the assoc. producers of the show, Judith Sanchez, and a description of the series.
I wanted all of you to have her contact information and please forward it to anybody who you think would want to write into the show for any reason. I am sure she is a low-level producer, but I do imagine the show will potentially be damaging for midwives.

your documentary. We are currently producing a story on midwifery, home
birthing and water birthing and I would love to talk to someone who can

midwives right now regarding a woman's right to choose how she wants to
